Legal & Policy Questions

You can request account closure anytime from your settings. We'll process it within 5 business days and return any remaining balance to your QRIS, DANA, OVO, or GoPay account. Your data is deleted after 90 days unless law requires us to keep it.

We keep your data as long as your account is active plus 3 years after closure for tax and compliance reasons. You can request deletion earlier by contacting support, except where law requires retention.

We restrict accounts only when we detect rule violations or security risks. You'll receive an email explaining the restriction, the reason, and how to appeal. Most restrictions are temporary and lift after review.

Contact support with your transaction ID and reason for the dispute. We investigate within 48 hours and show you the evidence we reviewed. If we find an error, we reverse the transaction and refund your account immediately.

Your deposits are held in segregated accounts separate from our operating funds. QRIS, DANA, OVO, and GoPay transactions are processed through licensed payment partners with their own security standards.

We post all policy changes here with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. You'll see what changed and when. If a change affects your account, we'll email you directly.
